# Barry M. Appell

Attorney Barry M. Appell is a full-time mediator throughout California. He has over 28 years of experience successfully representing employees and employers in employment litigation, including PAGA cases, wage and hour class actions, harassment and discrimination claims, failure to accommodate, retaliation, and wrongful-termination claims. Mr. Appell became a full-time neutral in 2021, handling employment, contract, privacy, tort, and personal-injury cases.
