Phyllis G. Pollack, Esq. (email: Phyllis@pgpmediation.com) is the principal of PGP Mediation (www.pgpmediation.com) and has been a mediator in Los Angeles, California, since 2000. She has conducted approximately 1500 mediations involving breach of warranty, employment, business, real estate, wage and hour and other matters. She is the immediate past chair of the State Bar of California’s ADR Committee and is a past president (2010) of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA).
