A. Marco Turk is professor and director emeritus of the negotiation, conflict resolution and peacebuilding program at CSU Dominguez Hills; a regularly assigned mediator for the California 2nd District Court of Appeal (where he served as a judicial attorney from 1961-1962); and a member of the ARC panel of neutrals, who writes a twice-monthly column for The Daily Journal. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and Southwestern University School of Law; a member of the California State Bar since 1961; a mediator since 1991; and a full-time educator from 1995-2014.
