Cassandra Franklin

Cassandra Franklin is a mediator, arbitrator, and neutral evaluator with JAMS. She has extensive experience on both the carrier and policyholder sides of complex insurance coverage disputes  Earlier in her career, Cassandra was litigation counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and entertainment disputes and she served as a member of UCLA Law School’s clinical faculty. Cassandra began her legal career as a law clerk to California Supreme Court Justices Otto M. Kaus and Edward A. Panelli.
