Daniel Rodriguez

Daniel Rodriguez is a lawyer based in Bakersfield with a national practice. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo in 1977 and his law degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 1980. He grew up as a migrant farmworker, living in labor camps as his family followed the crops from Texas to California. As such, he attended three to five different schools every year up through the 8th grade. He describes himself as an old cotton picker who graduated to grape picker to a lawyer who toils in the vineyards of justice.
