Denise Madigan

Denise Madigan has been a full-time mediator for over 25 years, currently based at MadiganADR in Los Angeles. An Adjunct Professor at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine Law School, for over 20 years, she has led workshops for lawyers and judges throughout the United States and in Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, the Middle East and, this fall, in Australia.  She graduated from Harvard Law School where she was an Editor on the Harvard Law Review. Recently named one of the Top 50 Women SuperLawyers® in Southern California, she has mediated settlements of up to $200 million.
