Ed Oster

Ed Oster was a trial lawyer for 38 years before becoming a full-time mediator in 2014. As a trial lawyer, he handled the kinds of cases that he focuses on now: bad-faith insurance coverage, ERISA, healthcare industry, life, health and disability, commercial, property and casualty and professional liability. As a neutral with Judicate West, he mediates throughout the United States.
