James H. Cordes

James H. Cordes has practiced employee-side employment law in Santa Barbara since 1994 and has operated as a sole practitioner since 1998. Mr. Cordes represents clients in cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, severance negotiations, and unpaid wage matters. Mr. Cordes represents individuals, groups, and classes in wage and hour matters. He graduated with a B.S. from UCLA and from the McGeorge School of Law with great distinction in 1994 where he was admitted to the Order of the Coif.
