Kathleen Flynn Peterson

Kathleen Flynn Peterson is a partner in the national law firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. She is Chair of the Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Group. Ms. Flynn Peterson represents individuals and families who have experienced injury or death as a result of medical negligence.  She served as president of the American Association for Justice from 2007-2008.
