Kenneth E. Bacon

Kenneth E. Bacon is a senior counsel in the Civil Litigation Department of Mastagni Holstedt, A.P.C. in Sacramento and in-house risk management and ethics counsel for the firm. Mr. Bacon is certified as a specialist in legal malpractice law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He also serves as Presiding Arbitrator of the State Bar Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program and as Chair of the Sacramento County Bar Association Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program. Mr. Bacon is also a member of the State Bar Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct (COPRAC).
