Lita Abella, JD, founder of Lita Abella Coaching, Consulting & Mediation Services, specializes in trauma-informed coaching, conflict resolution, and mediation. With a legal background and experience as a law clerk for prosecutorial agencies, she brings deep insight into legal complexities and ethical challenges.
