Michael A. Zuckerman

Michael A. Zuckerman is a mediator and arbitrator with JAMS, where he handles consumer, commercial, employment, class action, and data privacy matters. Mr. Zuckerman has conducted hundreds of mediations and arbitrations. Before becoming a neutral, Mr. Zuckerman was a trial and appellate litigator and served as a federal judicial law clerk in district and appellate courts.
