Bruce Gelber

Bruce Gelber has been a long-time member of both CAALA and CAAA. He attended his first CAALA (then LATLA) convention 40 years ago in Ashland, Oregon, where only a handful of LATLA members attended. He is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation. He has argued before the United States Supreme Court in Perry v. Thomas in 1987, a case involving mandatory arbitration of employment disputes.
