Jahan C. Sagafi

Jahan C. Sagafi is the partner in charge of the Outten & Golden San Francisco office, where he represents employees and consumers in class actions, in addition to assisting fellow plaintiffs’ attorneys with appeals in state and federal courts.  Prior to joining Outten & Golden, he was a partner at Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein, clerked for Judge Schwarzer of the Northern District, and attended Harvard College and Harvard Law School.  Mr. Sagafi serves on the boards of Public Advocates, Alliance for Justice, and the San Francisco American Constitution Society (ACS) chapter.
