Shea Murphy

Shea Murphy is a partner at Esner, Chang & Boyer, a boutique appellate firm with offices in Southern and Northern California. In addition to handling all aspects of appellate litigation, the firm also assists trial lawyers with dispositive and post-judgment motions. Mr. Murphy briefed and argued Toeppe v. City of San Diego (2017) 13 Cal.App.5th 921 on behalf of the plaintiff and appellant before the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
